The Benefits of washing your rugs are many: it helps prolong the life of the rugs and optimises performance, it lifts out dirt that can attract water and mask water repellent finishes and helps maintain breathability. It also helps them smell a lot better!
If a breathable waterproof rug loses its water repellency, it will suffer a severe reduction in its ability to breathe. This will lead to a build up of condensation on the inside of the rug so the horse will become clammy, cold and uncomfortable. We always use Specialist Rug Wash for all turnout rugs and reproof through our machine creating the best possible finish.

Duvets (including winter weight king size) are also washed and dryed on site. With our industrial washing machine (the type used in hospitals) there is no chance of hairs getting on your duvet (unless they were there first of course!).
